Terms and Conditions of Registration

Acceptance: BGI has the final authority to accept or reject any registration based on available space.

 

Disclaimer: BGI reserves the right to change dates or venue .In case of dates or venue change, BGI will notify attendees in writing at least a month in advance.

 

Cancellations: Registration cancellations received in writing on applicant’s letterhead with a valid signature at least 10 business days before the start of the summit will be refunded less a 15% processing fees.

 

Refunds: We regret we cannot make any refunds received later than 10 business days before the start of the summit . In the events that summit is cancelled due to any occurrences or events beyond the control of BGI , including but not limited to, acts of God,  force majeure,  or the acts of any government agency, BGI shall be entitled to reimbursements for all costs and expenses, which it has incurred up to the date of cancellation.  In such events, BGI liability shall be limited to a refund of the applicant’s payment, less BGI costs. Such refunds shall be considered liquidated damages.
